We were welcomed by friendly staff and enthusiastic to help us in any way. The Buffett breakfast is a must and I would recommend to go early and get a space in the open air section. Getting an Auto Rickshaw outside the hotel could be frustrating as the drivers charge a flat 20 rupees per passenger when it should be with the meter at Rupees 23 starting rate with Max 3 to sit in the Auto Rickshaw. Otherwise get an UBER premium which could cost you Rupees 200 for a ride of about 20 mins. I had a great stay at the hotel. Will return again.

Whenever I am in Mumbai, i have always stayed in Taj Lands End. First the location is perfect. The room that I booked was Suite category having a Ocean View. I will always recommend this hotel to all my business travelers.
